At the event, Loke Siew Fook, Malaysian Minister of Transport and Datuk Ruben, Chairman of Westports, presented the award to Kenny Tan, Founder and Chairman of Westwell. Kenny Tan was honored to receive this award on behalf of Westwell, a long-term technology partner of Westports. This reinforces both parties' commitment to deep collaboration in sustainable port development in the future.
The next day, Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz, the Malaysian Minister of International Trade and Industry (MITI), inspected the operation of Westwell's developed autonomous driving Q-Trucks at the Westports' Phase 1 terminal. The Q-Truck, an advanced application of Westwell's autonomous driving technology, was highly praised by the minister for its efficient, safe, and precise performance, as well as its green and low-carbon operation throughout the entire process.

At the terminal, the minister and Kenny engaged in in-depth discussions about the development vision for innovative applications of autonomous driving technology in Malaysia and even globally. Westwell has developed a comprehensive "AI + New Energy" solution for Westports, which incorporates autonomous driving Q-Trucks and an intelligent fleet management system (FMS).
